Right. Isn’t it for the good also if he(trainer) do it often as I do too? He don’t even come out to observe me if I’m doing it correctly so he can comment and will tell me the right way.

I promise your illiterate self didn't get me "triggered". You're the one who complained about your trainer making you do pre and post trips. In reality, he probably just wants you out of the truck for that time so he doesn't have to look at or listen to you.
