What!!!! Lmao...that is incredible. Will they at that point pay your new corp taxes, ins. And do all bookkeeping? I read the article this am about Jersey splitting hairs over O/O's being classified as employees, but I can't imagine the reasoning behind wanting a company employee to become incorporated.

Do they withhold taxes and give you a W2 at the end of the year, or simply a 1099?

I'd love to see how they would go about this LEGALLY and still call you an employee. Please share the co name ...There is ALOT to having a corp and if you've never been exposed to it,it will be very difficult to keep up. I'm still just flabbergasted by this request. Keep us posted, love to hear more about the outcome.

You loose schedule C as an Inc. unless theres lots of money made not worth it cost you more, for so fancy letters at the end.

What? ..... Why? ... Who? ...
Are you going to do a lease purchase?
Something is missing here -
As far as the question posed by the poster... Run don't walk away from this stuff..
and to your other point charli girl.... i am pretty sure that they don't want him as an employee... I bet they have it set up where when he does this is will be a l/op instead of a company driver.. -
