Getting into Truck Dispatching or brokering

    Practice what you preach. I just went back and re-read your original post yet I still fail to see where you recommend for the OP to get some experience working for a brokerage nor anywhere to gain dispatching experience in general. The places to get dispatching experience and/or brokerage training are endless.

    That was going to be one of my main points as well. Figured the brokers themselves would have a say of your own here on it; but who in their right mind is going to help a potential competitor take food off their table? The answers he seeks are predominantly right here in TTR. I see this in other areas of the site too. Guys coming in and asking way too many business details then getting upset when nobody obliges with answers. It's akin to asking for trade secrets, social security numbers or home addresses. Just don't.
