Getting my own authority, how do you get loads?

Is that the deal? They gave us a list of companies they wouldn't cover not the opposite way around.

I wasn't trying to offend you, I'm sorry that Progressive is all you have, they are severely jacking up their rates down there because they quoted us for 13k. That's means they're just fleecing y'all and that's terribly wrong.

 

A higher price doesn’t mean anyone is getting fleeced- liability risk isn’t the same for every party in every location. Things are not the same for everyone/nor are coverages.
My understanding was that OOIDA isn’t actually insurance, it’s a group risk pool. Therefore your rates go up or down based on how others in the risk pool perform. I can’t speak to that for sure, as they are not my cheapest option and are not an accepted option for some of the folks I deal with.

 

Not all agents will write a policy in all states either. They drop like flies when I say Arizona.
