We only worked traffic and collisions. Some of the fatalities I worked still haunt me sometimes. The worst part was notifying families that they had lost a loved one. Overall I enjoyed working for the State. When I was on the ACE team we dealt with some characters.
I started out in a jail when I was 18 to get in the retirement system. The day I turned 21 I went to a PD to start but the politics had me moving on to the State where it wasn’t near as bad. Was fortunate enough to make it to retirement.pumpkinishere, GoneButNotForgotten, Mattflat362 and 1 other person Thank this. -

I have the 3 things carriers would love to pay for:
Time, skills and a great record.
I'll choose who do I work for and when and where.
Or I can just retire and do something else.pumpkinishere, TROOPER to TRUCKER and Mattflat362 Thank this.
