Are there any local jobs that will take recent TDI graduates right out of school....i would like to stay with a local company if possible instead of going OTR.... i have heard of con-way, usf holland, roadway, abf, saia and central transport to name a few...i was wondering if any would give me a legitimate shot coming straight out of truck driving school?? FEED BACK PLEASE

Steel Warehouse had a sign up a while back looking for drivers. It said students welcome.

I think C.R. England usually hires rookie drivers. They have a site in Burns Harbor which is about 1 hr from South Bend.

lol.....semi local meaning...home though out the week? it doesn't really matter where i get my start...i'll take anything i can get to get my career on the ground....if i have to go OTR i will....but i have family members that i have to take care of that depend on me on a daily basis...so anything local is preferable!!! thanks for the info again
