    Great point. I think I'd rather tell the truth and not get hired than be found out I lied on a job application. You also had a good link, however there are some states that don't do this. I've heard of drivers going to ticket school for speeding and getting the ticket wiped off the record. I know that some states and courts do not follow all the FMCSR's at times and I even had a representative from the FMCSA tell me they have a program that trains judges and pay them to train other judges.
