If I worked nights every night I wouldn't have a problem. But working the occasional night really messes with my system. I feel jet lagged for a couple days after I get home. Usually I take a lot of short naps before I leave, while I'm being loaded/unloaded, and I may take my 30 to sleep instead of eating. A couple ice cold Cokes doesn't hurt either.
