That was my point, kinda the way some of us can just flip between night and day pretty easy while the rest of you need all kinds of extra weird uppers and downers to function at night

If I worked nights every night I wouldn't have a problem. But working the occasional night really messes with my system. I feel jet lagged for a couple days after I get home. Usually I take a lot of short naps before I leave, while I'm being loaded/unloaded, and I may take my 30 to sleep instead of eating. A couple ice cold Cokes doesn't hurt either.
