Now I'm starting to get worried.

 

Yet outside of the fun of dark humor, this booming economy has never really felt right to me.

Of course, you can't deny the numbers, but there seems to be almost a shadow economy operating on the margins where things continue to fall apart and you see more and more people pushing shopping carts around.

And we are due a recession, and this is October. Once we get through the month, if we do, maybe some confidence will be restored.

 

That's because the economy is manipulated by central banks and fiat currency. Private banks are able to literally print money out of thin air and spread it around to their other banker and wall street buddies. They use this newly minted and completely unbacked (read: worthless) money to buy things that have real intrinsic value (your labor, real estate, etc). The whole thing is smoke and mirrors and can collapse at any moment. The central bankers have been playing fast and loose with the economy since the early 00s. The 08 housing crash was just a small taste of what's to come.

I suggest everyone research the terms "Central Banks" and "fiat currency" and I also suggest that you and your family be prepared for the inevitable economic reset that's coming. It wont be pretty.

well, I live in a small city where 85% of the population is getting some kind of public assistance.....no joke.

 

Every financial money tree has its limits then it has to collapse. A tall tree grows slow. When it collapsed under GW there is nothing but growth a head. They borrowed and printed money to make it grow . Now there is gonna be a price to pay for it.

 

Can you do that, really? I was under the impression that it was illegal. That is: shippers are forbidden from talking rates with anyone not possessing a broker license. At least that's what I have been told. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
