    At least if I get an outside company to deck and transport, then I can send drivers to do other things.

    When you get the time and opportunity, get some training for a couple of your drivers on decking and stacking. I don't know much about it but from having watched it done I think you'd have to know what you're doing.
    A little training and some inside info on what to do and how to do it might pay off in increased business for you.
