Thanks Tom Cat, the boss said they are going to get the trailer all shined up and new fenders and switch all of the lights over to LED. They have already put LED spotlights on the back of it.
It is an older trailer but they want it to look as new as possible.

Is this stuff hot (temperature wise)
Or like emulsions...... -
We love our big stuff. YW, kudos, and congrats, man. We tankers often talk in numbers relating to what we are hauling; non-haz, corrosives, etc. . . I've hauled some sticky stuff from the carolina's that reminded me of tree-sap and MAN was that a pain to flush out of the PTO. (I told you my secret, LoL. . . it totally works! many of us do it, on the down-low)~
Dominick253, EZ Money and rank Thank this. -

^^ with EZ's tank, and your tractor; I'd be one HAPPY CAMPER!

The stuff I have is about 150 degrees and the tank is insulated. So no Hazmat placards needed. The boss is already asking if I want a chrome bumper put on it . I said heck yeah! I think he is looking at a chrome bumper and the cowcatcher to put on the front. I'm going over tomorrow to put on my chrome wheel covers on.

The way this trailer is set up it pressurizes the tank with air. So actually there is no pump to clean. just the valve and the couplers. They clean everything for me between loads. When I get to the yard my truck is loaded running in my paperwork is on the front seat. Just jump in and go.

Yes and I'd check all valves and the dome on the trailer.
Dominick253, rank, EZ Money and 1 other person Thank this. -
True both ~ even when my "boss" has my rig ready to roll in the wee hours; I double-check everything. He gets off work when I leave FOR work, and even though we don't slip-seat (he has the prettier PB like Rank's) he tries to help by having me ready to make money. Not loaded, mind-you, but pre-tripped and fuel-filled. He's got his own fuel and shop on premises.
however . . . There was a day that the trailer wouldn't have brakes had I not checked. He's tired when he pulls in, and even with his 30+ years of experience, and OWNING his equipment, humans are not fail-safe. I still pre-trip behind him; you should also!
Especially the trailer, as @Cat sdp stated. Did you read what happened to @GolfPro because of bad advice? ... Always be YOUR last piece of mind.
Stay safe, Drivers!Dominick253, rank and EZ Money Thank this.
