I'm in CDL school and trying to get my exact work history to apply for jobs. I know theres a form you fill out that costs like $135 where they will give you an itemized work history I think it's form 7050. Is there a way you can get it quicker and/or cheaper or a third party service that can get a printout for you? I want to apply to a couple companies I've been looking at but I don't want to blow my chances by providing wrong information. I've held a couple jobs for a month and some for years. I don't know the months i worked there for some of them.
THanks in advance
