Before I quit, giltner was going down hill quick, losing customers and so good loads along with them. Most of the office and shop staff (all housed in the same little steel shed) clearly are buffoons in over their head km so there was constantly problems with loads, which they usually blamed on drivers, even breakdowns. Mileage was always short of actual using my own GPS. They also shorted my final pay $1700.00 and even DAC'd me, destroying my ability to get another driving job. The truck they gave me had BED BUGS that changing the mattress didnt fix as they where in the seats and curtains, which couldnt be changed. Beware!
