Girl wants to go into oil field trucking

Thanks again. I'm glad I keep on getting great advice. From what I have seen yeah tankers dont seem to be what the oilfield is all about. I am about willing to do anything even if it means not driving right away as long as I just start working and being able to prove myself in order to advance from there. While I am finishing up trucking school because I am doing it through a college program I had thought about getting an occupational safety certificate from a college that focuses mostly on oil field careers. Do you think that would help me out plus getting an H2S ticket and First Aid certification? I wont have my CDL for a couple months and figure none of these would actually hinder me but would like some advice on it before I waste my time.
