    Here’s another flaky behavior:

    It won’t accept “MO-AM”; no work-around given.

    Here’s the problem:

Only one side of U.S. route is MO-AM.....

    So here’s the remedy:

I deliver to retail stores. Dozens. I also have regular backhauls, so I save them. It does have a search feature. It does a lot of things. I'm still learning. But it's also screwed up. Routing through one lane roads out in the country only to end up back on the same big road 5 minutes later. When I merge onto 75n in Atlanta , it tries to get me to exit because it confuses itself with a road nearby that says no trucks. So on the interstate it goes red. It's like the addage about the girl: when she was good she was very, very good. When she was bad she was awful. I have called in at least 20 mapping errors. At least they do listen and check it out. They use a 3rd party that's....awful.

Garmin will have a new update out in October to fix all the glitches. I'm on the mailing list. Will let you all know when exactly it's available ASAP .

I used RM and CP in the past.
I liked both for different reasons.

I really REALLY want to love CoPilot but I hit truck Routing issue with it as I seem to be stuck in Auto Mode no matter what I do.

Recently, I can no longer access my Contacts from CP which is where I store all my regular pickup and drop points along with POI.

Contacted them back in September and was told an update was coming in a couple weeks... two months later and still no fix.

CP last updated their App over a year ago.
I fear they are letting it die out... :-(

Others here already have the new update. They neglected to tell me. Also, all mapping is 3rd party. Part of the problem.

Rand McNally gps also have this issue. To save you 30 miles it’ll make you take the mountain backroads. Just look at the route before you head off and make sure it’s practical.

What version? Android / Apple / Windows? What is "CP?"

Thanks (just curious because I work a lot with CoPilot)

I thought CP was short for CoPilot. That and something else that’s absolutely not excuseable .
