Well made my way up from Houston to drop the load off that the terminal and pick up the one heading to Loveland. #### I hate D/FW traffic. Made it over to Memphis, TX tonight and rolled out the old grill again. Pretty nice night for a BBQ. Missing my little girl's piano recital tomorrow which sucks but hopefully will get to see it recorded. She will be playing one of my favorite Beethoven pieces, "Für Elise".
Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Emailed them today and got a reply from Meghan in about 2 hours.
Saying would take a couple of weeks to a month for the aplication process -
Good luck, radioshark. Meghan did my phone screen last Wednesday and my app was first sent in mid March. I'm anticipating a call for the fly-in for DOT phys and drug screen very soon...It does take awhile for the process so be patient. The inquiring email/phone call every 7 to 10 days should be ok...I did that and Meghan and Julian didn't seem to mind. tow931 and I were talking earlier today that getting on with Poly would be like winning the lottery! I believe he's right! After 479mi for this past weekend, I'm ready to roll...quick! Take care and be safe.

Ha! Wish it was me...but I'm still in a Smurf blue truck...not for long, I hope! Have a good week! I'm hoping to be down there by the end of the month if I get the call. How long was it between your phone screen and fly-in?

Good luck sc00ter. Sounds like ur in. Like many said everyone hiring time is different. Mine was pretty quick. I was on hometime with Crete when I did my app and got phone call the next week. Then the week after got called for face to face. So I told Crete need to take vacation and went did my interview. I never did have to call or email. My biggest wait was the two week notice to quit Crete.
Arrgg the people at coca cola in Birmingham are slower than molasses rolling up hill on a cold day. What should have been a easy day tomorrow is going be a burn and churn to make it. Hopefully houston traffic will play nice. That's what I get for assuming and planning huh.sc00ter Thanks this. -
Well it all worked out. Everyone played nice and I got there right on time. Leaving Houston this morning was a different story but I didn't mind.
