well thanks to all the post here I made the decision to apply to poly. After years at a great job that paid this way too they let all truckers go and out sourced then since then Many bad paying jobs since. I applied 10/18/12 and got the call to day flying out for the face to face next week, I hope this will be the last job change.

I asked why the time frame varied so much from one person to another trying to come to work at Poly. They told me a lot of that has to do with how long it takes previous employers to send them the information they request. Employers can take up to 30 days to reply and so on. No way of me knowing what all they do but that is one thing that can make it vary. They have all different ages of drivers here at Poly. I see mostly drivers in the mid 40's but haven't seen a large sample. Only have like a little more than 300 drivers here. Hope that helps some of your questions a little.

They don't strike me as a place that minds. I've met some good people at Poly this week. Been a busy week of Orientation. Looking forward to getting my first load here. :)
