Costco, would be nice to be able to park there after delivery but I suppose I will know soon enough. Got a place I used to park at when I was there delivering for Crete but it is in Queens.

Does Poly still use propane heaters to haul onions in the winter?

They did last year. If they haul onions this year, I don't know how else they can be kept from completely freezing other than to use propane heaters. A wacky situation for sure. Dallas Diamond built a new warehouse a couple of miles away from the old one. There is more wiggle room to work with at the new place.

It's the sleeper berth filter on a loaner truck. When I pulled it out I thought it was Cousin It from the Addams Family

    ugh, the loaner trucks,
I’d rather see quick repairs and stay in the same truck

As usual, things have been so busy that I haven't been looking at my pay stubs that much. It seemed like I was having an OK year, but there have been too many subpar weeks that I chalked up to bad planning on my part. I thought maybe I could make 70k with a little luck, but last Friday I looked at my check and lo and behold, I could make 80k if I can get 3000+ miles a week for the rest of the pay year. It is a definite possibility.

Sitting in GP now, on the board since last Friday for a Tuesday load. Didn't hear anything yesterday, but not worried.
Present crew in there has a habit of offering good same day loads that are either ready or leave within hours of the call. Not a problem for a flexible amigo with one hand on the phone and ready to roll on a moment's notice.
