Hey, just want to add a couple things to this post. Outbound will tell you all sorts of things about whatever load you ask about. They will tell you miles for the loads if you ask. However, that is just a reference number. The load is going to pay whatever hub miles you run on it. We are still on Paper Logs at Poly. Trucks DO HAVE QualComms in them. Not the new touch screen 's either. Not much messaging goes on with them but handy for some things. Hope this helps clear up and answer some of your questions. :)

Dinomite and Frank Acavano Thank this.

Finally got back from the Sam's event. Saved $236 on 4 Micheline tires for my car.

Looking forward to an ex-Crete reunion lunch at Rudy's tomorrow.

The QC in my new International is the new small screen touch pad. This will be the norm as the fleet is upgraded.

    Frank Acavano Thanks this.

This past week was slow. I left GP last Friday going to WI with five stops. Two stops in IL on Sunday, one stop in IN Monday morning with a second in WI Monday afternoon, and the final in Beaver Dam,WI on Tuesday morning. Went to northern IL for a drop/hook reload going to our facility in Cottage Grove,MN (UP North Plastics) which I delivered Wednesday morning. Just after I arrived I got a call from outbound with only one load available for the day. It ws a three stop mom/pop going to OH. First stop in Milwaukee on Thursday morning, second and third stops in Columbus,OH area on Friday morning. Reloaded in Cincinnati Friday afternoon with a load that delivers in Ft Worth on Tuesday. I requested a 900 DIFF (drop load on GP yard for a shuttle driver to deliver), which was approved. Put myself on the outbound board for today (Sunday). Outbound called at 1800 Friday with offers for Monday. Took a load going to Jacksonville,FL for Wednesday.
I finished the week (over 9 day period) with 3781 miles and 9 extra stops.

Frank Acavano and Dinomite Thank this.

I thought you said the week was slow. Hate to see what you call a busy week.

Slow because it took 9 days to complete the mileage. I had only 2600 miles from Friday-Thursday night.

    Dinomite Thanks this.
