I would recommend just removing the valve cores and flattening all the tires. Maybe even remove the taillights, but that doesn’t stop anyone from picking up a trailer down at the Old Tex/Mex border and yanking it up I-35 to Canada.

The one I have is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JAMHTJO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it can be a pain just to get the key to work in it. So I don't think another key will work with it at this point since it is so dang hard half the time. I do like it thought I think it is made pretty good.

That's an old style abloy core. Probably a clone but they're decent, if not pick proof.Siinman Thanks this.

That is why I got it, Seemed to be very hard to pick so they will have to drill or cut it out. Make it a little harder then most of the ones I see so if they want a trailer then mine wont be the one I hope.

Those use an old school style vending machine key. Those were pretty much universal too. Maybe they have a few different cuts but who knows. The Vending machine biz went one key style back in the 60’s and never changed to this day.

Theses are a little different than the old vending machines.
