    I just applied with Maverick for glass division in Texas. My app was accepted but I am on a waiting list know. Recruiter says cld take 2-3 weeks or even months before a spot opens up for orientation. Has anyone else had to wait to go to Maverick orientation and how many days/weeks did you wait to get an orientation scheduled if at all.

    I think they will have me wait until summer and I just can't wait that long for work.

    Hey Law dog, you changed your thread name. Everything is good. I head to Little Rock on Monday to test out and go solo. Training was easy peasy. ALOT better than TMC. You ought to talk to a recruiter. Talk to Jeff Bone. Great company. I have nothing bad to say. I miss you my friend. Give my love to Charlotte.

    As the great song says....."On the Road again!" :biggrin_25522: Looking forward to a phone call bro when you can.....I want to hear all about it! I would go back in a heart beat but Charlotte likes me being home. Not doing to bad at the local gig anyway. Just thankful I don't have to wear that badge anymore! So on the waiting list? you going to be doing normal flatbed stuff until then I assume? Nice crisp corners on those tarps? haha! Have a great weekend bro and prayers as always!

    In the month that I have been in the trainer truck, I have only hauled 2flatbed loads. One was a piece of equipment, the other was a load of UNTARPED lumber. But yes, when I tarp the glass I try to make the tarp look painted on.
