That's when I'd send a "GFY" letter to the state of Calif---ya and just not go there anymore.

The EPA has been enforcing CARB penalties against out of state companies.

So you don't pay and don't go back to Calif---ya! No way in hell I'd fork over that sort of a fine to that state...especially when what I'm doing is perfectly legal in the other 49 states.

They have a Cal-T number (0333796) because they are authorized Intrastate within California. They were only fined on trucks running Intrastate loads. CARB has no authority to interfere with interstate commerce. In fact, they admit on their website that they drop cases against foreign domiciled interstate only companies. Notice the part that says "because vehicles are registered out of state." Here is the link to their enforcement page. https://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/truckstop/azregs/enforcement.htm Notice EVERY company is either Intrastate only or has a Cal-T number to run intrastate. The Federal Government (and the U.S. Constitution) prohibit them from preventing interstate commerce. So, Attorneys are instructing companies to simply not respond (notice the part that says "company fails to respond"). Screen Shot 2016-11-03 at 7.10.34 PM.png

No, the EPA is enforcing federal laws preventing the manipulation or disabling of emissions equipment.

We don't run"Cal-T anymore, Cal T was use when the Public Utility Commission overlooked everything. That's all gone except for the bedbuggers I believe. We only run Ca. Number which is CHP. But now there pushing the Feds down our throats, so now they what is to file USDot numbers
