Not sure if you were asking me, but I'm not with CRST; I was thinking about it, and decided against - mostly because I could not get a response from a recruiter. I have to assume that they are either not interested in me, or they have enough drivers already. I did a year with Werner, several years ago, and then went to work for the Federal DoT in Alaska, so I've been out of the driver's seat for a few years.
