My, not so smart, company loaders left my trailer loaded up with 20 pallets being sideways at 42K. I have 2K overweight on my drive axles. I have moved the fifth wheel as much as I could and pushed the trailer wheels as close to the tractor as possible and that's how I got to being "only" 2K overweight.
I picked up the trailer yesterday, scaled it, and saw the weight distribution. Was calling everyone in the company all day yesterday and today, and no answer. Not sure what to do besides going around the scales.
I will be driving from Atlanta, GA to Miami and I would appreciate if anyone can tell me how to go around the Florida scales. I do know how to go around the Georgia ones.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. If I wait till tomorrow to get re-loaded, I will not be able to make the delivery until the next available appointment on Friday. As an owner operator that would be a huge hit on my wallet.

I know you got it figured out, but unless it just opened in the last day or two the southbound scale has been closed for the past couple of weeks for repaving..
