Going back out-finally

Ok, so i finally got everything at home straight and i am biting the bullet and returning to driving,with swift(i need current exp),i know most of what to expect i've dusted off the crockpot, checked the lunch box stove, made sure the cb still works, bought a new atlas and am ready to deal with a trainer who may well be out of his mind. My main question is in the 3 years i've gone other then construction and companies closing what's really changed? shippers and recievers bigger tools then before? D.O.T. taking longer to tie you up? those kinds of things please let me know i leave on the 24th for lancaster
