SLC to Denver is 519 miles (roughly)
Denver to Dallas is 913 miles (roughly)
That's 1313 miles for $1,817 give or take? Is that about right? -
I calculated my route as 1273mi thru Google maps on $1780.45 gross revenue. $1.398/mi. This is directly in line with my target mileage rate, so can't complain much besides both loads being 39k and 33k lbs respectively
-
Yah, that's why I included "roughly", wasn't sure.plynnjr92 Thanks this.

So, from best as I can tell at $1.39 per mile at 11,000 miles a month average, not saying it's impossible to average that month after month, but it's pretty tough to do, it looks to me like you're left with about 4k dollars a month after all expenses? Give or take a few bucks.
Is that about what you're figuring? -
Based on his posted expenses i put it closer to $3k netScooter Jones Thanks this.
-
Yessir that's what I'm trying to end up with. $4000/mo take home will suffice at the momentScooter Jones Thanks this.
-
$4000 before taxes of 25% leaves roughly $3000 it appears.
-
And thats running 11k miles a month. Factor in weather, shipper, receiving delays and traffic it puts net closer to 2800 a month.
-
I just checked my household Budget again, at absolute MINIMUM I need to earn $2400/mo net to get by with no real extra cash. It's not alot, but it's all I need to keep myself afloat. $1.39/mi will suffice. But obviously I'll aim for more and being east of Denver will help with that
