How many times have you gotten $1000 or more in detention?
    Right. So Unicorn.

    $1350

As usual Rodger misrepresents numbers to defend his position.

    Mine was an example.

But all the revenue to those trucks is not mileage based. And you can bet your coat, your hat, and your house cat, that some of that revenue is detention pay, which costs the truck nothing.

Otr drivers you're closer to what 8000, 8500?

That's the real revenue to truck.

And every truck is nowhere near 2500 miles a week.

    1) its r-o-g-e-r. No d.

    2) you can play with the numbers any way you want. $147 million net on over $4 billion in revenue is crud.

    3) our trucks in vtl are averaging 2,500 hub miles a week.

    4) how long would you stay in business if your 4 trucks averaged $3,800 in gross revenue a week?

    Depends what the costs are.

One thing I do notice not shown in that chart, is tens of millions of dollars taken from drivers forced to take scam per diem.

And the tens of millions of dollars not paid into Social Security, yearly, as a result of the practice.

Depends how you want to count them.

But we have "97% truck utilization " whatever that means.
