Got to IL and parked at the customer. My next load has an extra day but I already called them and they said I can move it up once I get loaded tomorrow since they have a little room on the schedule. Easy day of driving. Springfield, MO to chicagoland 500 miles 7.9 mpg.

    lcfd15 and bigred81 Thank this.

Looks like I will have a day of Walmart pay and 2300 Knight miles. They have kept me moving although I had to call ahead to a couple places and move my deliveries up a day. I am sure dispatch could do it but it saved time to just do it myself and update them on the situation. Aftery current load I have to head empty to Dallas to catch up my truck service and have them align it. It pulls to the right pretty good.

When I first came back to OTR, back in 07' , I talked with Knight, because they have a terminal in Vegas, I live in Vegas, they didn't seem to want to talk to me, finally I just drove to the terminal, when talking face to face with them, they finally said, with your experience, we doubt you'd stay very long, we might not be a good fit for you, I was kind of like "OK" but at least they where honest
