My next load will be to So. Cal. Once I load it I have to call breakdown to have one of my trailer tires replaced, a hole on the underside of the trailer patched, and the air lines on the rear tandems replaced from chafing.
Since I have been having problems with the truck they wanted to put me in a 2015 Volvo auto. I told him I'd rather just deal with it than give up mine. I have driven both and the manual is what makes me happy. I told him I'll drive one of those when Knight trades this one in.

This will be my first light load in awhile. Supposed to be only 18k. I haven't seen anything less than 40k in a long time.

Not correct. 77200 lbs on this one. I don't mind but it makes it hard to maintain good mpg.

Another big detention customer. 14 hours at fry's in Tolleson. Today I will be running a round trip store delivery to Vegas pulling a Fry's trailer. 580 mile round trip. I would like to make it back to phoenix tonight but I am not sure I will make it. After that I have a load to TX. Still running me good. My loads kept falling at odd times and I had two short checks. This last one caught everything up. It was a 1500.00 gross check. I am starting to wish Knight would enable the opti idle on these trucks. It is installed but knight does not have the thermostat so drivers can control it.

This fry's is something else. The load I picked up today had to be reworked twice. 7.5 hours before I was able to get rolling. Worst place I have been to yet. I have only had two other customers detain me like this. A place in Oakland at the port and MBM when they rejected my load.

This TX load should be interesting. Two stopper and the receivers are a couple of gas stations.
Fajo Thanks this. -
Fun fun, I'm headed down to Fort Worth, TX. to deliver to US Cold Storage. =)

Ending March with 10900 miles. This Texas load will kick off the miles for April.
