    Very true that's why some freeways actually have minimum speeds of 45.

    Try to run a prudent, reasonable speed. Usually a bit slower than traffic, but not so much that traffic closes too fast.

    That may be a bit above the posted limit, but usually not that much in Chicago on the expressways. 294 tends to be a different animal.

    I stay out of that race, just do the best that I can to observe the laws, I have to pay tolls, company policy, so avoid as much as practical.
