Going to Crete ... Reviews?

My husband has left averitt express for many reasons and has orientation set up with Crete Monday. We've talked to recruiters and read some posts but what's everyone's opinion on them an updated opinion? How was orientation? How long did it take to get a truck after training? How was your trainer? What are the trucks like? Did you have to clean your truck out when you got it? How long did it take after training before you got your truck? How well do the dispatchers work with u? How often were you left sitting waiting for loads? I know I've posted before but ill try posting it here and see what comes of it I've read some on it but a lot of posts are old and things have changed ... overall is it a good company? Going out with my husband with averitt we always saw a Crete truck at least every hour no matter where we were so we've seen a lot of them... are there any automatics? Crete has a child rider policy anyone under 5 can go with a parent who's not the driver I've heard there's a special way u have to hook up the carseat? Is this true if so how? I'm not bringing an infant our child is 3 and wont be out the whole time just a few
