And 81 isn’t congested? Loaded heavy I’d take 85-95 any day. At least it’s flat for the most part. 81 is just as bad. Unless it’s middle of the night, which at that point 95 isn’t bad either.

Maine is beautiful, mostly trees. Where are you going? I was in Bangor twice. I parked at Dysarts Truck Stop in Bangor I-95 Exit 180. I think there was one rest area (both directions) on I-95 between the state border & Bangor. Use Trucker Path app.

Whoah!! Thanks!! Won't I get some mountains on I-81 in Virginia though? I have a slow *ss truck so I was looking for the fastest route possible.

Sure there's some hills but I'd rather be crawling up a hill slow than crawling through bumper to bumper traffic in a city.

85-95-US50-US 301-DE Rt 1-US 13-295-95-287-95-91-84-90-495-95 plenty of parking. There was a nice Irving if I recall in Fairfield. Fueled there on a Saturday evening in July, plenty of parking. I continued north to Bangor. Seemed like a ok spot. I could be wrong. Should be quiet though up there.
