Too late, I'm already on I-81 lol.

When I do that, I already picked a truck stop to where I'm stop at, I just plan on getting as much miles down as possible and hopefully there's no major delays and stuff. I drove for 10hr today, from Alabama to VA, 600 Miles, I still have 948 miles to go, so I'm hoping to drive 600 more miles, to get down some more, stop at a truckstop, take a 34 and deliver Tuesday.hope not dumb twucker and tarmadilo Thank this.

Maine isint that bad. Truck stops are small fuel stations with truck parking. Never had an issue finding a place to park. Nice state to run in the summer, Winter can be hit or miss,
nextgentrucker Thanks this. -
Cool, thanks man.77fib77 Thanks this.

Not that I like giving out hiding spots but there’s also a truck stop with showers in Richmond Maine x43 off 295,
Also a bigger Irving in kittery right over the bridge, not going far enough north to hit dysarts
nearest TA is in Greenland and pilot is Sturbridge MA, not much in the 495 area for truck stops so if you can’t make it up to 95 you better stop on 84
you have the York scale and kennebunk rest area as well as gardiner rest area at the 295/95 split and the Irving at x 132nextgentrucker Thanks this. -
You also have the Irving at xt 80 (Auburn, ME). Just make sure you are in there before 5pm.nextgentrucker Thanks this.

Late to the party but everyone steered you right. Fairfield Irving has plenty of parking and is right off 95, if you need fuel make sure you do it in N.H., it's cheaper. Exit 3 Greenland is where I fuel headed south. Currently the weather looks OK, some tain Tuesday night into Wednesday morning but the temp should hold above 35° overnight.nextgentrucker and MACK E-6 Thank this.

Them moose ain't no joke! I was visiting family one year in NH, and we had a stand off with one in the road. He took out the mirror of the van I was riding in! He decided if we weren't going to move out of HIS way, he would just go through us. Moose have to be the most pissed off critter outside hippos. It's like every day is a Monday for them, with a major hangover.
NH is beautiful. I loved going up to visit family up there. Sadly most have passed on and the ones still alive, have mostly moved out of state. I'll make it back one of these days. I enjoyed visiting the little towns there.
Anyhow..safe travels op, and don't piss off any moose!
