nope... they just announced the were re-opening the Deli at Pittston. Typical showers and laundry.
Not much in the way of extra ammenities at any of the terminals except for Springfield. -
Thanks for the heads up.Leaving friday be there saturday, wanna have me on a truck thanksgiving day.Gotta do 40,000 combined miles ,before own truck.Do they still give that 10,000 mi. credit for you being with trainer.
-
The 10,000 mile credit is for students that came to Prime as part of the PSD program and received their CDL thru Prime. They get a 10,000 mile credit towards the 60,000 they need to be a company driver, or 80,000 they need to lease.
In your case, you'll have to do the entire 40,000 miles. -
It's your funeral.

It never ceases to amaze me that there are always those out there that want to shed a negative light on things! I have usually found that those people themselves are miserable and want to make others miserable along with them.
No situation is perfect. But I have seen time after time people go into a situation that others have either failed out or had a very hard time at, and been very successful.
Why not just wish them the best and keep your negative comments to yourself!
I am also going to be going to prime after the first of the year and I am looking forward to it.
God Bless!
Jimscorpiorias, DirtySideDown and JustSonny Thank this. -
Hey Jim-
I got the official "good to go" on Monday. I will be starting orientation in Springfield on Dec 29.
I am looking forward to it as well.
Good luck and God Bless! -
Good luck to you! Keep us all posted. I still can not believe that I am going to be doing this! I did not mean that as a negative. I have been in sales and management for the last 30 years and never would have thought I would be doing this.
But times have changed and I think this is a very smart and positive move for me!
Talk to you soon!
JimJustSonny and DirtySideDown Thank this. -
Thanks for info.Ya i'm not thinking all bed of roses. But it will get me through till economy will pick up,or get more exp. to go some where else.See this is really a back up plan for this poor economy.See i own a masonary buisness all my trucks and equipment is paid for.I keep my head up an keep grindin till i make it through the other side.Every company has ups and downs just what your willing to put up with, what you will someone else will not.AND ALL LEASES ARE FOR COMPANY TO MAKE MONEY NOT YOU.....
DirtySideDown Thanks this. -
I know what you mean. I am also a Realtor, but the business is really flat.
I know it will be hard work and I know it may get old. But at least I will not loose my house, and that is the most important thing to me.
