no that said they should have put me in jail for hanging around. i can stay in that town as long as i want. its none of there bussiness if i stay there.

 

ok kansas if u think its ok to bring people 2000 miles from home and kick them out thats fine . but in my case they should have said that being arested at 12 would be held against me and dont come

 

ohh just to let u know they kicked me out for not telling them i have a sealed record . I dont have to tell them. federal law states that i was a minor so to protect me from discrimation i have the leagle right to say i was never arested.so they violated my rights.the lawer i am speaking with says i have a case.I am sure there r many more like me and maybe there can be a class action case

no i did not tell them i dont have to. so by holding that against me i think they violated my rights.I am taking to a lawer that says we have a case.

I know that Central Refrigerated out of WVC UT asks if you have a felony before you get there.

I know a few guys who said no and were kicked out the first day when the Felonies were found on there record........Central do a very in depth back ground check!

 

If they are going deep enough to find out what is in a sealed record, they are breaking the law.

 

the guy told the class that he worked for the police for 20 years and if any of us ever been arested at any age even as a minor he will find it and when he dose he will put it n the dac and make sure we never get a job in trucking again.but if we come clean now before he starts to look they willwork some thing out.so being scared he would destroy my carer i told him then they told me to leave.
