Going to Swift orientation on Tuesday (Syracuse)

Good vid man. You getting paid for orientation and mentor time?

I don't know if I could afford starting with a company like that. I'm the bread winner in my family. Its cool they put you up for the orientation and such but I would need a paycheck. So you will be with mentor between 8-10 days correct?

 

Call Magnum Ltd. and ask if they pay during orientation. Most companies do. Those drivers make real good money weekly.

At orientation with Swift we had about 20 people Monday morning. Tuesday we broke for lunch, and the lady doing the class said that everyone who will not pass a drug test needs to leave now, as if you come back from lunch we are going to the clinic to test and it will be a fail / refusal if it's hot, or you disappear after lunch.
There was 11 of us that showed up after lunch. 9 people were afraid to drug test, and 2 more left Wednesday for unknown reasons, but they showed up and were asked to leave.

That is why these megas don't spend money on background checks until after the drug testing, there is no point to wast the money.
