Peanut butter has far too much sugar and sodium to be a staple. Really really and do your research before engaging in a more extreme type of diet like veganism.

the government does not like the drivers to be overweight but with the 14 hour rule and half hour break doesn't leave time for much eating except for fast food

If you are not hardcore vegan which I doubt you are consider canned fish. These were my go to snacks/meals when I was OTR. Canned sardines, herring, salmon. This is all good eating and satisfies your needs. Canned keeps forever so excellent to have around when waiting to load etc and ,,,the protein and oils do give you porn star stamina.. or at least make you believe so

My boy is tough as nails and typical lunch for him as a boiler maker is a can of fish,,sardines,oysters or whatever,,,a mitt full of broccoli and some home made yogurt dressing to dip the veggie in. We just dont eat processed foods. You are what you eat,,read the ingredients

Place veggies in sink full of water with a tablespoon of baking soda. This is wash for veggies. I'm not that anal about cleaning veggies however seems whenever someone becomes deathly ill eating veggies its from some nasty bacteria on the veggie.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.
