What’s wrong with drinking coffee?

 

I don’t need one. That’s been the biggest surprise to me. It’s been almost a year and a half since I stopped after drinking it for 10 years. I don’t get tired during the day anymore unless I slept poorly or eat a big carb filled lunch. When I first quit I did take a complex b vitamin and vitamin d daily. Now I just eat fairly healthy and drink water.

 

If you are needing a drug or substance to keep going and operate you are not getting proper rest and you are digging your own grave in time, Braggs organic vineager with the mother in it is a great cleanser which you only need a tablespoon mixed into water, that taste will keep you awake.

 

I didn’t say there’s anything WRONG with coffee. It just didn’t seem right to have to rely on something like it for energy EVERY DAY. Not to mention the consequences of not drinking it... I felt like garbage for two weeks after I stopped. It truly is an addictive substance that I had come to rely on heavily. And I only drank half a pot a day.

Of course this is just my own experience. I still love coffee, I just don’t drink it lol
