if you want to make Good money , but be lied to, get shorted on your loads, expected to work 24/7, 7 days a week with little or no sleep, talked down to by a 18 yr old rooky dispatcher with the tendency to be a little smart ###, expected to work till 12 midnight on your Friday and expected to come back to work at midnight on 1st day back. Be disrespected and gossip about for liking your days off with your family, or expected to keep on working if your house burns down and if you don't then you are talked bad about. If you are a owner operator you get sent away from where the work is and told nothings going on. You are paid very well but only so you will put up with ALL the bad treatment and ######## that's dished out. And if you quit this company the owner will set out to ruin your chances of getting another job at any length. The owner has little man syndrome and does not hesitate to lie straight to your face and allow his rooky son to talk disrespectful and degrading to you. The owner is not a good man and he does not have a conscience... he does not conduct himself in a business professional manner. He does not know the law or meaning of confidentiality. Everyone connected to his business will know your personal information but in a very derogatory degrading side of it.
Stay clear of this company unless you enjoy being treated badly, they don't pay enough to outweigh all the ########. It is an oilfield trucking company in McAlister, OK. . They are not a star & red is a warning sign to beware!!!!!
Good $$$ Bad treatment

Does this company have a name ?
-
If you are familiar with McAlister OK you will recognize the name in my post. I don't want to stoop to their level of lack of integrity and actually post the name. It just felt good to get all that off my chest.. thanks
bzinger Thanks this. -
There were a few of em in North Dakota too.donew/bs Thanks this. -
I have worked at a lot of trucking companies in my 23 yrs and learned a lot. I have only experienced a small few that were good companies to work at. Good $$ bad company or low pay $$$ good company. I thought the $$$ would out weigh all the bs. Guess I was wrong. It's frustrating. ..

Good thing the poll question was clear, because the rest of it was one rambling mess. I don't even give a #### who he was talking about at this point.
My answer to the poll was "No".DTP, Voodoo Pyg, Broke Down 69 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I lost you at the house burned down part. So what if it did burn down, you still have a sleeper truck, a income and work to do, leave the burnt house to the insurance people. Sheesh.
Take care of yourself, don't worry about anyone else. This is not a good industry as far as .. dirty things people get into every day.
