Stopped at the Cowboy Plaza on I35 x 174 in OK ... Had the 3 meat platter, ribs, sliced brisket and pulled pork ... It's bad, real bad. Ribs were barely edible ... I saved the brisket and pork, I might be able to salvage it by making tacos out of it.
On a side note their jalapeno baked beans were pretty good and the dinner comes with a pickle bar ... It's a salad bar with just, well, pickles. The bread and butter pickles were also pretty decent. -
The pulled pork was average and the ribs were fair. Their problem is they use no rub. Not even salt and pepper. The meat reflects it, there isn't really much flavor there.
Side note the people there were very friendly and the service was good. Go their for an hamburger or something, but the BBQ is disappointing. -

I don't know if anybody has mentioned it, but I'm a big fan of this place, and it's very truck friendly.
