    Haven't driven since 2012; yes you need a refresher and some companies will want a full CDL course. Paschall Truck Lines and Western Express offer refresher and a job for those that haven't driven in the last 5 years. Pride Transport may also. Didn't Celadon already approve you for their refresher? After 6 months you can go about anywhere you want to.

    Best thing I can say is talk to a recruiter, Apply online or call them. If Averitt needs people in an area or for a position they can make exceptions. I wouldn't hurt either way to find out. Even if they say no, you will get a proper answer than what you read on forums and from other people, including myself. It also appears that Winchester wants a LOT of people to fill positions, so it wouldn't be a bad thing to apply/talk to someone if you are interested in Averitt.

    As far as Averitt, do they do team driving at all and if so, are the miles there for teams.
