Check and see what the sidewall of your tires say. When most manufacturers started listing 75 as the max on the sidewall Texas was on a kick of writing tickets to trucks driving faster than that. It was an equipment violation and not a speeding ticket.

My next thought is why even stick around and be a thorn in their side? It won’t be much longer and your miles will start dropping or you’ll be sitting a day or two between loads just because they can. I would’ve been out the door when they told me my schedule was going to change.

My final thought is that if it were your own truck and you paid attention to the gauges you’d see how much extra wear and tear there is on a truck even going from 70 to 75. You’d see how much hotter your transmission and rear ends run at higher speeds and if you took a temp gun to your tires and wheel ends you probably wouldn’t be so quick to drive the speed limit in Texas just because you can.

Yes you are whiney. You also play victim a lot. Either file suit, quit, or slow down. No need to come on here and argue with everyone. If you file suit please make sure to come back and tell everyone that you lost in court.

Its not arguing if I prove you wrong with laws. If you post your opinion, back it up with nothing, and I feel you are wrong, I will present evidence of such as I have done in this thread. If you don't like that, keep your trap shut and stay out of my thread, k, greenhorn? You just don't like it that I proved you wrong, embarrassed you, then walked away with a mic drop on you. So then you personally attack me. You do realize that's the main sign of losing an argument, right?

And when did I play victim? I was shot 6 times in an armed robbery. I AM THE VICTIM OF ATTEMPTED MURDER. I have legal documents referring to me as such. You got a problem with that, greenie?

You joined 3 months ago, you know nothing about me.

Curious. Have you expressed these points you make so vehemently here to the owners; your immediate superior, or whoever is to deduct these funds?
No one on here can help you, you need to go to the source of your problem. You seem to have all the answers figured out.
Remember, there is the Golden Rule... The man with the Gold, makes the rules.. You want his gold, his rules.

Bubba, Reality? You and this tirade? Yes, I am so simple minded I have always known when to cut my losses and go do what was necessary to solve my problem. You are P'ing and M'ing to the choir. An experienced choir who most have confronted your situation, handled it to their satisfaction and long forgotten
    the times.

Yea, reality. The reality is many of our loads almost gross out our trucks. I exceeded 75mph in a governed 68mph truck many times without even trying. I don't stare at my speedometer, I watch traffic around me. So to say "keep it below 75" is simple at best, ignorant at worst. And certainly CHARGING drivers for tires blown and bearings spun because they went the speed limit is against the law. Charging drivers for ANY damage to the truck or trailer is illegal.
