Good microwave for cascadia?

Hamilton Beach 700w, the cheapest Wal-Mart had at the time. I had to raise it a couple inches so the door would open.

 

I got a Proctor Silex 700W at Wal Mart that's a little big. I mean it will fit sideways, and I was just gonna go full custom with it, but my inverter doesn't like it, and it won't run.

I have an 1800w inverter which runs the microwave, but I have to rev the engine up to 1000rpm and make sure the TV is off. Even then the inverter will beep at me.

 

Hmmmmmm. I did not try revving the engine. How do you manage that?
