Read here ssbowles..... I could care less, survival of the fitest, if i can buy cheap fuel im going to do it. Especially if its JB, Schnieder, Swift or whatever. Obviously the company is doing something wrong if the driver has to sell fuel to survive, could be the drivers fault, i could care less. Im paying him so techincally im not stealing it, if he gets caught by the company, gets fired, and his settlement gets cut short its none of my business.

Hey, if you wanna steal fuel, awesome...whatever blows wind up your skirt. And if you wanna justify it in your own mind by saying that you're "getting even with the company"....good for you. But if you're knowingly buying fuel from a company driver that didn't pay for that fuel, then you're right, you're not technically stealing it...you're technically receiving stolen property.
SO let's say that this driver gets caught and gets fired or loses his job, no that's none of your business. I mean, you just aided him. Hey, survival of the fittest, right?

He sold it, i didnt provoke him, its his problem if he gets caught and fired. I have nothing against the companys as i dont work for any of them but my own.

Like i said earlier, when they screw you and line their pockets by cutting your miles, load pay, hours etc. Thats fine right? Then they are a business but if you take back whats yours you are a thief? :biggrin_25517: I admire people like that, scared of everything. trucking sure as hell aint what it use to be.

tomato tomatoe, i still dont see you being right, im the kind of person that takes action and dont wait for stuff to just fall into my lap by doing the "right" thing everytime. But thats our differences and lets just agree to disagree.

Yea but this sort of thing has always been going on even when fuel was 50 cents a gal and hard up co drivers have always been selling it.
