Good Refer Co - No o/o or teams please

Hi,
I am interested in driving refer when I graduate and would like some info from company drivers only. Sorry about that, a lot of o/o and teams seem to hate everyone and everything about every company. I could be wrong and I am not directing that at you, its just what I have seen on several sites including this one. Since most of the biatching is around leases I don't need to hear from you.
If you are a company driver and have had a good experience right out of school please share. I'm single with very little expenses and am just looking to take my lumps so I can drive locally. I was told that TranAm is great if you don't need to be home much and are not leasing.
