If you want to nitpick it but some people say Saturday is the Sabbath and how else would you suggest they get anything to the stores so customers have something to eat on Monday? Because it looks like their drivers have a relatively easy job making decent pay with good, predictable hometime.

    Woobie and bryan21384 Thank this.

Start at 0001 Monday morning and/or adjust your supply chain. You can always find a reason to ignore "The Sabbith"......hypocrites have a whole pocket full of them.
(By the way, I really don't give ****. I just find it funny when the holier than thou crowd get caught in their own hypocrisy).

I don't see it as hypocritical. Trucking is what it is.

So what's hypocritical about it? Most of their employees get Sunday off. All of their drivers get every Saturday off. The world isn't perfect and things have to get done on Sunday's and holidays. I dont think God is going to hold it against them.

    bryan21384 Thanks this.

He might if their sated reason for being closed was......
“To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”
Look, @rollin coal, I don't want to get into a thing with you, and I'll drop off here. I just found it ironic and hypocritical that it's good for the store employees to observe the sabbath, yet truck driver (while indeed likely heathens) are not afforded the same privilege.
    Thats all.....
And by the way, it's a good company with good food.

    bryan21384 and Lonesome Thank this.

Well they only have to ask forgiveness and it's good. It's usually people who aren't Christians that get kicks out of criticizing those who are for not being perfect.

Yeah, good food. Got a to-go order yesterday and took it home. The wife always double orders everything so we have enough for two days. Today is Sunday, so plenty of it for today.

    Numb and 201 Thank this.
