    Hubby and I are looking at switching companies. US Xpress has limited the idle on our truck and it gets way too hot to be safe if we're down. (85+ in the sleeper at 65-70 outside) and it looks like they have no intention of going back or putting apu's on the trucks anytime soon.
    Question is, we're looking at New Century, Conway TL, Team One (USX subsidiary, so freight would be similar, just different management and policies) or someone else?
    We're making $.438 split right now and benefits are decent, but not really sure.
    Hubby wants elogs and satcoms.

    J Neal, how about take a look at Covenant as well? Pay is comparable (if include bonuses and hazmat pay), our miles are pretty good as we have hazmat and we've gotten a new Freightliner truck most every year. We are growing in the reefer division and are looking for more hazmat teams that want to run to the west coast and back.
