    I personally am a tech geek, and just out of curoisity wanted to ask if any one here could think up practical uses for Google Glass (if you dont know what it is, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_Glass) and or a wearable HUD that would benefit the trucking industry

    I'm a tech geek too. Those do look neat, and if you think about them and how they can be used, you'll see that this type of technology can be very dangerous. How so? Say you have nefarious intentions. People are alert to strangers, but will let their guard down when someone starts talking to them about familiar things. They will have instant access to information that can be used to get people to let down their guard.

    I think the tech is nice, but very very scary too. Singularity is just around the corner..
