There will be points on your PSP because of this. The PSP has nothing to do with your MVR.

Warnings aren't bad. Warnings tacked on to a failed inspection are the same as a citation in the company's eyes. Do to the csa points.

Super trooper didn't give you a break, he stuck it in your ### real good.

No way to fight a warning. Next time just tell him if your breaking the law write me a citation. And hurry the f up, cause my e log is ticking.

you obviously are not familiar with the PSP and CSA point system. HE IS MARKED with PSP points for 3 years, at the max, then the 2nd year, it is reduced, then the 3rd year, reduced more, finally at the 4th year, it is off his PSP report.

we are NOT super truckers, we are relating what we either have gone thru, or UNDERSTAND it to be.

he did not "get a break".....

he'd have been better off getting a ticket, that he could THEN plea down to a lesser fine, all they want is the money

Yea it's yours for 3 years. What makes it so whacked is the multiplier.

If the violation is 15 points, that's not that bad.

But the system has a 3X multiplier for the first year after you receive the hit.

So for the next year you have 45 csa points attached to you.

Then it will drop to 30. Then the 3rd year before it falls off it will be what the hit was actually worth 15.

When dude gives you a warning, and then says I'm going to give you a safety inspection, that means you either challenge him and tell him just that, if I'm breaking the law, write me the citation, or you take it deep in the ###.

After all these years the myths and rumors of CSA are still winning!

There is no such thing as PSP points. PSP simply lists all inspections going back three years. Some companies have their own way of assigning point values to drivers but that is not public or is it a PSP score.
