####... I'm screwed then, I was thinking of leaving in 1 year and go to another company. Do you know how I can check my MVR?

I already paid it, I guess I'm stuck at my current company now, it's not a bad company, but I wanted to leave in a year, and try a different company.

I already paid it, plus I live in Florida, and I got it in NC, so I don't know how I would work with a lawyer down up there.

The thing is I'm a rookie, have only 3 months on my own, and I was planning on leaving my company after a year, you think I should stay for two, maybe three years here before moving forward?

It's really up to you and how the market is looking when the time comes around. Never a bad thing to stick with a company as long as possible, but don't miss out on good opportunities just because youre worried. Your MVR and PSP will be the first thing any potential employers pull so it's not like they'll change their mind if they offer you a position at the 1 year mark as long as you keep it clean going forward.

Leaving your first job at the year mark is expected in OTR trucking so it's not going to be a bad look for you.

There’s no more reliable way to get traffic moving faster than for a truck to put on a turn signal.

You better be real careful then. Unsafe lane change can be considered a "serious" violation, same as 15mph over speeding, following to close and others. If your state does consider it to be serious and you get another conviction on a serious violation within 3 years, you will lose your CDL for 90 days.

Alright, thanks, I'll think about it, when my one year mark come, I'll decide what I want to do then.
